Strawberries With Cointreau

Ingredients

1 Punnet Strawberries

2 oranges

3 Passionfruit

2 Tablespoons Water

1/4 Cup White Sugar

300 ml Cream

3 Tablespoons Caointreau

 

Method

Wash and hull the strawberries,peel and segment the oranges reserving some juice,remove pulp from the passionfruit.

Combine all the fruit in a bowl with the cointreau and the orange juice,cover with cling film and refrigerate.

Next combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan,stir over low heat till sugar dissolves then bring to boil,remove from heat and set aside to cool then pour over the fruit mixture and refrigerate again till ready to serve.

For serving top with whipped cream.
